The Rosehip Serum by Evan Healy benefits a broad range of skin types and concerns. When used in conjunction with a hydrosol, it reduces redness and irritation, brings oily skin back into balance, and improves the texture and overall look of skin.
What’s Your Skin Type?
It comes in two versions: Rose & Blue. I use Blue. Blue is for sensitive, irritated, oily and/or delicate skin. The rose version is for dry or prematurely aged skin.
Inside the Ingredients
Ingredients (Blue): organic rose hip seed oil, organic jojoba, organic lavender essential oil, blue chamomile essential oil, immortelle essential oil, carrot seed, tocopherol.

This Rosehip Treatment Facial Serum combines the regenerative effects of the rosehip seed oil with the skin-calming qualities of lavender, blue chamomile and immortelle essential oils. The rosehip seed oil comes from the Chilean Andes. Although rarely used undiluted due to its vivid red hue, rosehip seed oil is full of Omega 3 & 6, vitamins B3, C & E, zinc, and the notable antioxidant lycopene. It targets uneven pigmentation and texture, while minimizing fine lines. Its high concentration of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (with 80% gamma linolenic acid and linoleic acid) help it to regenerate and strengthen cell membranes, making this an ideal part of an anti-aging skin regimen. Oily or acne-prone skin also benefit from this formulation, as it balances oiliness–but thankfully won’t dry it out.
An Alternative for Ultra-Sensitive Skin
This is one of my favorite daily products. And although I’m personally sensitive to essential oils in skincare, this serum never breaks me out. But if you have hyper-sensitive or reactive skin, be sure to check out the Pomegranate Repair Serum (see it here for $39). Evan Healy’s got you covered.
Where to Purchase
