All about the Ilia Beauty Tinted Lip Conditioner

Ingredients: organic castor seed oil, organic jojoba seed oil, organic beeswax, candelilla wax, organic sesame seed oil, organic cocoa seed butter, natural vitamin E as tocopheryl acetate, pomegranate seed extract, grape seed extract, orange fruit oil, jasmine oil, vanilla planifolia fruit oil. May contain: mica, titanium dioxide, iron oxides (CI 77499, CI 77492, CI 77491), red 7, red 28, yellow 5. Contains 85% organic ingredients.

This lip conditioner is primarily made of nutritious, nourishing oils such as:

Castor seed oil: has high concentrations of ricinoleic acid, an unsaturated Omega-9 fatty acid, which is thought to be the source of castor seed oil’s uniquely beneficial effect on skin.
Jojoba Seed Oil: not actually an oil, but a liquid wax that closely resembles human sebum (aka the skin’s natural oil).
Sesame Seed Oil: is full of beneficial minerals (such as manganese, copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium and selenium) and a particularly cool antioxidant called sesamol.

Colors & Finish

My favorite color, Nobody’s Baby (pictured above), is a sheer nude with a mauve bias. If mauve washes you out, fear not, because an array of other gorgeous colors are sure to please. The beauty of the Tinted Lip Conditioners, as compared with traditional lipsticks, is that the color is sheer enough for a more natural daytime look.
