Kari Gran’s skincare system is a ritual of love.
Love, because the ingredients are pure and natural.
Love, because it contains only three high-quality products, minimizing unnecessary product overload.
Love, because she teaches you how to use each product to its fullest.
Easy-to-use and luxurious, Kari Gran’s skincare system is comprised of a Cleansing Oil, a Hydrating Tonic, and an Essential Serum. You’ll also need a facial towel.
By following up Kari’s Cleansing Oil facial massage with a warm towel, skin will come to life in your own hands.

What this video makes clear is that it doesn’t take an expensive spa visit to begin the process of attaining beautiful skin. Hands are an incredible tool to improve skin’s health and vibrance.
I am evidence of this principle. I began using Kari Gran’s system immediately following an ill-fated test of a natural-yet-harsh exfoliator (occupational hazard of a beauty blogger—you’d be shocked how many products I test never make it on to The Beauty Proof!). My skin was angry and irritated, as can often happen with overzealous exfoliants.
Kari Gran’s gentle but effective system quickly calmed my skin and eased it back into balance.
Where to Purchase
Kari Gran’s full-size Skincare System is available for $140 here.
If you’re not willing to make that commitment, consider the smaller Starter Kit, available for $35.

Castor seed oil is an incredible therapeutic oil, often underutilized in natural skincare products. But its presence is partly what makes the Cleansing Oil so effective. On its own, castor oil would be too harsh for most skin types, but by combining its grime-drawing power with the gentler, nourishing oils of sunflower and avocado, every iota of makeup and dirt is removed without stripping the skin. Oil dissolves oil. That’s the beauty of oil cleansing.
There’s something else very important to note in these ingredient lists: All ingredients have been disclosed. When you find a product that stands by all its ingredients—like this one—that’s a good thing.
Finding the word fragrance on the ingredient lists of other products means the company behind the product has chosen to not disclose all ingredients. Thanks to the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act of 1966, fragrance is considered proprietary information and allowed to be hidden from consumers. So while you see that single word on the label, it may contain any number of secret ingredients.
But here’s the good news: more and more companies are choosing to disclose all ingredients in their cosmetics, thus empowering consumers like you to make a choice with your eyes wide open. Transparency matters. And that’s just another reason I love these products.
Fresh-Mixed in the Palm of Your Hand
By combining the Hydrating Tonic (a liquid) and the Essential Serum (an oil) in the palm of your hand, you’re basically creating your own fresh moisturizer right there on the spot.
Pre-combined moisturizing creams and lotions require an adequate preservation system to ensure the product doesn’t go bad. But by leaving the mixing until right when you need it, you get all the beneficial moisturization your skin craves, without extraneous preservative ingredients.
