This mild hydrating mist complements a wide range of skin types and needs.
More than a step between cleanse and moisturize, it can be used throughout the day to refresh and lock moisture into the skin. It also works fabulously well to enhance the use of facial oils and to set makeup.
Mighty Useful
A quality facial mist like this one is mighty useful. Here’s a few ways to use it:
- Lightly mist over the face after washing and applying serums, but before daily moisturizer and sunscreen.
- Mix a few sprays with your facial oil to create a dewy, quenched look to skin. Add 1 part facial oil to 2 parts Hydrating Facial Mist, and rub between clean palms before pressing into the face.
- Use this Hydrating Facial Mist to set makeup, especially mineral foundation or finishing powder.
- Mist over the face, anytime, to hydrate and revive. It’s the antidote to a mid-afternoon makeup and skin slump….it freshens any look right up.

Hyaluronic acid attracts moisture and locks in hydration, making it especially useful at plumping and minimizing the look of fine lines. Have you ever noticed how when you’re dehydrated or hungover, the facial lines appear so much more pronounced? The hyaluronic acid in this formula helps give the opposite effect to skin, imparting a youthful plumpness. (But don’t forget to hydrate from the inside-out too!)
Watermelon extract helps improve the appearance of aged and stressed skin. It’s rich in antioxidants, including lycopene. It isn’t a particularly expensive ingredient, meaning it helps skin look its best while keeping this mist a reasonable $16.
Chamomile, or matricaria as it is sometimes called, is a soothing ingredient which is also useful in combatting acne. This mist contains both the extract and the oil of chamomile.
